  • Weddings
    Our wedding packages start at $75,000 and includes all four Hilltop Properties.
  • Pools
    The pools open around May 15th and close around September 15th. Those dates vary dependent on the weather. Pools can be heated for an additional charge, ask for pricing.
  • Do you provide propane for the gas grills?
  • Are linens supplied?
    Yes, professionally cleaned and pressed, hotel- quality linens are supplied. All beds are made prior to your arrival.
  • Do you allow music?
    No outdoor music is allowed. Indoor music can be played at a reasonable volume. Our property is located in a residential area and we respect the surrounding areas.
  • Do you supply towels?
    Yes, we supply bath towels and face cloths. We suggest you bring beach towels for the pool.
  • What temperature is the pool?
    The pool temperature will vary depending on the weather. We do offer an option to heat the pools for an additional fee.

  • What size bed does each room have?
    Tower 1 and Tower 2 each have one king bed. Bedrooms 1 thru 6 and Bedrooms 9 thru 14 each have one queen bed. Bedroom 7 and Bedroom 15 each have four twin beds. Bedroom 8 and Bedroom 16 each have two queen beds. In total there are 26 beds in the Castle: 16 queen beds, 8 twin beds and 2 king beds.
  • What is supplied in each kitchen?
    The kitchen has standard pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, coffee mugs, coffee pot and toaster.
  • What kind of coffee machines are onsite? Are coffee filters supplied?
    There are three single serve Keurigs and a three burner Bunn drip machine. There are coffee filters provided, but no pods or coffee grinds.
  • Do you supply garbage bags?
    No. We only supply an initial garbage bag in each can upon your arrival.
  • Do you supply basketballs?
  • How do we get the key to enter the home?
    Someone will meet you at the home to check you in and provide the door code.
  • Do you have a washer and dryer?
    Yes. Two washing machines and two dryers. The washing machines take liquid detergent.
  • Do you supply dish detergent for the dishwasher?
  • Is there daily housekeeping available?
    Yes, we offer mid-stay or daily housekeeping services, upon request for an additional fee of $35 per hour per housekeeper with a minimum of two hours.
  • Can I bring my Pet?
    Yes, our rental is pet friendly. A pet fee and additional security deposit will be required. For more information, please contact us.
  • Do you allow smoking?
    Smoking is not permitted inside the home, but we provide designated area outside for smoking. We ask that cigarette butts are properly disposed of and not discarded on the property.
  • Do you supply toilet paper?
    There are two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. We suggest you bring additional toilet paper.
  • Do you have a conference room?
    Yes, we do have a conference room which is available for business meetings. With the owners pre approval, it is also available for rent for special events or parties.
  • Is there internet access?
    Yes, there is high speed wifi throughout the Castle. A password will be provided upon check-in.
  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    Normal check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m., however we do offer early check-in and late check-out times for a fee with the owners approval.
